Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking information.

Shipping Method

We ship all domestic orders safely and securely via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on destination. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed:

2–5 Business Days

Central U.S.

3–6 Business Days

East Coast

4–7 Business Days

Please note: Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to USPS, Glint Health is no longer responsible for transit delays or delivery timing.

The tracking number provided at shipment confirmation serves as proof of fulfillment and transfer of ownership to the carrier.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows delays or a missing package, please contact our support team at info@glinthealth.com. We will assist in reviewing the tracking details and, when appropriate, help initiate a claim with USPS.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
